Emma-Louise Taylor, Branch Manager at recruitment company Gi Group’s branch in Scunthorpe, has been recognised for her outstanding work at a top industry award ceremony held at the Lancaster Hotel in London. She was named as Runner Up in the ‘Best Business Manager” category at the IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) Awards, beating over 600 applicants from around the country.
Emma first joined the Scunthorpe branch in 2005 as a trainee and worked her way up to Branch Manager, playing a vital role in making the Branch one of the most successful in the UK. She has worked closely with many local businesses in the areas ensuring that their business needs are met and often exceeded.
Nick Dear, Managing Director at Ping Europe, based in Gainsborough, is a client of Gi Group in Scunthorpe and fully supported Emma’s entry.
