Working for the Customer Service Team within a large distribution warehouse, you will be required perform various duties including:
* making outgoing calls to customers to inform them of the status of their parcel
* talking customers through technical information over the phone
* informing customers of delays and changes to their orders
Applicants must have a good telephone manner and the ability to use basic Microsoft office packages.
