Our client based in Leeds is looking to recruit a number of collection agents to work in a busy call centre. You will be responsible for chasing payments from clients who have been instructed to pay the fee by the British courts.
Your working hours will be:
Week 1 : Monday to Friday 8.30 - 16.30,
Week 2: Monday to Friday 10.30 - 18.30 + Saturday morning 9.00 - 12.30.
You will ideally have collection experience or come from telesales background. You will work as part of the team to achieve individual daily targets.
